The Hunter Kay and His Hounds Giclée Print
The Hunter Kay and His Hounds Giclée Print
Design
Reproduction of the Stela of Kay, dating to early Dynasty 12 (c. 1976–1912 BC) and now in the Neues Museum, Berlin. It depicts Kay, the Head of the Desert Hunters, alongside an unnamed woman and his pack of hunting dogs. The relief highlights his military role, as indicated by his bow and arrows, and the accompanying inscription describes his service to the king in patrolling the western oases and capturing fugitives.
